About Whitney
I am a 200 hour certified Yoga instruction from Breathe For Change Organization that focuses on teaching young people. I have 5+ experience in teaching mindfulness breathing techniques which have had remarkable results with students reporting better concentration, less anxiety/stress and better sleep for students.

I teach to the students need, I want every student to be able to learn in an environment where they feel safe and heard. I like to encourage a dialogue and participation from students. I understand though that it may not be everyone's strong suit to speak up, so I will always be able to adjust to that individual's need.
