About Subhadip
For the last 17+ years, I have been into Yoga, and I also have 9th rank all over India as a YOGA Companionship. I used to provide Personal Yoga classes and Group Yoga classes at Home. Also, with Yoga, I used to provide a diet chart.

I used to take different kinds of yoga classes. I start the session with warm-up workouts, surya namaskar, asanas, and meditation. That session gives you mind and body relaxation. With yoga, I offer all of my students Nutrition as well.
