About Maximilian
I have been practicing yoga for over 5 years. I started back then to heal my back and shoulder pain. (Developed through Olympic weightlifting and strength training) I now practice every day and enjoy yoga every time! In addition to my passion for yoga, I am enthusiastic about everything that is good for my body such as healthy nutrition, ice bathing / cold showering and breathing techniques as well as meditation.
