About Athira
I am currently a final year student of masters in psychology. My subject is all about the behaviour and mental consciousness. I believe that, so be present and stable, we must make sure we are physically calm and relaxed. Relaxation yoga does just that and that's why I have increased my knowledge and experience in the field and also wish to help others with it.

I help in practicing relaxation yoga by helping in bone and muscle stretching that'll be so calming and relaxing. You wouldn't know how much you needed it until you practice it. This will also help in gaining peace of mind that'll boost patience and stability in thought.
