About Anita
I started my yoga journey in 2010 and fell in love with the practice and more recently decided to train as a teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance when I was living in Brazil. I started teaching, mostly private classes, in early 2018.

My classes are suitable for all levels. I teach Vinyasa yoga or Yoga Flow, which is a fluid and dynamic style of yoga, and also incorporating meditation and breathing techniques. Most importantly, my intention is always to offer a class that leaves you feeling relaxed and light-hearted!
