About Majedeh
I am an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for yoga and mindfulness. I have taught in many studios and at home on a part time basis. I'm now looking teach yoga on a more full time basis.
You will feel a nice gentle work out as well as a deep relaxed mind and body. This will help improve your general and mental health ready to face your daily challenges.

I have a diploma accredited by the international yoga alliance with 200 hrs of studies completed in Asanas, Pranayamas, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
The classes are 1.5 hrs long and will include;
1) postures and sequences with physical, emotional and energetic benefits
2) building core strength and improving breathwork
3)strengthen visualisation for personal goal manifestation
