About Kaity
Hey there, I'm Kaity :) a yoga instructor, yoga student, and a big nature lover. I believe yoga is not about performance, but about presence, and I love helping students reconnect to themselves through breath, movement and stillness. Nature is my biggest teacher. The cycles of the earth and moon inspire much of what I share, reminding us that we are part of something vast, intelligent, and beautifully rhythmic. I recently relocated back home to Ohio after spending the last few years teaching yoga in Hawaii. Whether you're here to move, stretch, heal, or grow - you're welcome, just as you are.

What sets me apart is my devotion to my own practice and a steady connection to nature and her cycles, which weave through my teaching in subtle and powerful ways. My classes often include breathwork and long savasanas, along with a gentle reminder that this practice is all about the mind rather than the body.
