About Carlos
I'm a native of California raised in the state of Mississippi United States veteran from the Desert Storm War. I received two higher degrees one in Music Education from Jackson State University and another degree from Tougaloo College in Music. I'll hold the following license in music education in teaching in the following states: Mississippi, Montana, Arizona and in the state of Nevada where I hold a professional music teaching license.
