My experiences include assisting people with severe and persistant illnesses as well as people with family issues, self esteem issues, relationship issues, substance abuse issues and making serious life adjustments. I work with children as well as adults. I assist my people with creating an effective life plan that changes as the goals change.

Hi. I am a Counseling Guru who has been in the business of helping people change their lives for over 25 years. I've worked in the mental health system both in the hospital and in Community mental health. I "ve served as a consultant with public housing authorities all over the United States. My main goal is to assist people in living their dream using a practical approach to get there. My education in cludes a Master's degree in counseling and education as well as an Ed.D degree in Behavioral health. The most important thing for me is to remind people of the possibilities of their lives just by changing how they think. I use a great deal of Reality therapy, Transactional Analysis, Spiritual intervention as well as NLP to name a few of the strategies and techniques. Here's what I know: if you change your mind, you can change your life in all the areas of your life.
