About Karen
I have been teaching for over 30 years and I've worked in extensive and diverse backgrounds throughout my career. Although the bulk of my experience has been in Elementary schools, I have had many opportunities to work with adult ESL students. I have my Bachelor of Education, a Masters Diploma in Literacy and I just finished teaching a Learning Theories course at Ambrose University in the city I live. I have also completed certification for my TESOL, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I continue to challenge my professional growth by staying active in professional Development.
