"You might think that learning lead guitar is all about speed, but the truth is it starts with your hands being relaxed and ready. I always start our time together with a diagnostic skills check to see exactly where your playing is currently sitting. This helps me map out a plan that focuses on your specific goals, whether that is mastering power chords or finding your own voice on the fretboard. We will look at chord transitions as if we are mapping out a conversation.
Since I have been teaching for 13 years, I have seen every type of roadblock a student can hit. We work through music theory in a way that feels practical rather than academic.
I keep the rhythm flowing so you stay engaged throughout our time together. You get my full focus during every single minute. I am ready to help you play better."

"Hobbyists, adults, and teens often come to me when they are feeling a bit stuck in their musical routine. I find that my background as a native Spanish speaker with a music degree from the University of Melbourne helps me see rhythm differently than most teachers.
My 13 years of experience allow me to guide you through flamenco styles or simple rock riffs with ease. You might notice my teaching style feels like a family visit, where the vibe is always warm and encouraging.
It is really about finding that pulse inside you, regardless of whether you are just starting or already playing shows. My approach is built on a foundation of solid music theory and ear training, which I picked up during my years at university. I enjoy breaking down complex transitions so they feel as natural as speaking your native language. I am always around if you want to chat about music or just play some tunes."
