Personal experience - I've been working out on and off for the last several years. One excercise that I'd like to talk about is DB chest press. At most I went up to 15 kgs before this. After discussing with Nakul within a short while I've been able to push 27.5kg. I didn't know I was holding myself back.
Having someone unlock your potential feels nothing short of magic. Or at least a GTA cheat code.It was an amazing experience to train with Nakul because he kept me motivated and helped me be consistent with my workouts which was one of my biggest challenges.
