About DrSonal
I was into academics from last ten years but apart from teaching i developed interest for lifestyle and fitness . I have my own company name Satv Life style Management where we help our client to shed their weight,gain weight or getting six pack abs and that too without any artificial products. We help our client to correct their lifestyle and if they suffer from any lifestyle Disorders like BP, Sugar or thyroid.
To add on we have one special program which is Mental conditioning and it's the essence of life style program. We are ISO certified company.
Fitness sector is just out of choice and passion,have been guiding many people to have healthy living.
Just to add on I was myself 105kg from there iam Iam 65kg!!!
