About Karen
Hello, my name is Karen, I’m a Mexican woman who’s came to the states 11 years ago, one of my biggest challenges was the language barrier, it was a nightmare until I discover that the best way to learn and lose the fear to communicate with others, was get the courage and just talk, talk and talk until get better and practice over an over with a native speakers.
I’m here because one day, I was exactly in the same point where you are, and I want to help you to cross that line and become a bilingual o maybe or your 3rd o 4th language, who’s knows? But what I know is I can help you to be brave to hold a conversation in Spanish and be fun, formal, proper, respectful and also understand our complex daily slang.
And if you love Mexican food I can teach you some delicious recipes from my grandma for you impress your friends in the next potluck party
