About Maffinda
I love sharing, and yoga asana practice is one of the best things I can offer.
If your body needs a more therapeutic practice, we will focus on that. If it needs strength and mobility in certain areas, we will target those as well.
I believe in flexibility in practice, as there is no one-size-fits-all method. Only through a dynamic and adaptable approach can we achieve true balance.

Before we start the lessons, we'll chat about your goals. I will plan lessons tailored to help you achieve those goals and create mechanisms to hold you accountable. We will discuss and make the plan together.

Details
In the free 45-minute session, we will spend the first 15 minutes chatting about your goals so that I can create a personalized plan for you afterwards. The remaining 30 minutes will be dedicated to simple poses that help expand and lubricate your body.
