About Hanith

I am a humble student of life. Genuine as you are soon to find out! My goal is that I would like to take the initiative in educating you towards emotional independence for better mental development and living life to the fullest. I have started this exploration since I was 17 years old. I am now turning 33 in 2022. No doubt I have never stopped learning and will continue to learn until I am blessed to. Thank you & that's a quick brief about me.

About the lesson

1. Online / In-Person (Depends on your coordinates) 2. This is a practical lesson where you will be taught concepts for you to practice it for the given time frame and later share your feedback 3. A lesson will be around 30 mins or less (As a human brain can focus not more than 25 mins/session) 4. This lesson is for everybody interested to learn and apply EI to daily life.
