About Siobhan

I'm a classically trained actor with a background in theater and professional experience, primarily in commercial productions. My training includes Stanislavski and Michael Chekhov techniques, Greek theater, physical theater, and script analysis.

Having studied acting at university and worked in the industry, I understand both the technical foundations of performance and the challenges of putting yourself out there as an actor.

I'm passionate about the craft and continue to develop my own skills and career. I believe acting is a continuous learning experience, and I bring that same curiosity and enthusiasm to my teaching.

Above all, I'm a patient and encouraging tutor who values creativity, confidence, and individual growth. Whether you're completely new to acting or looking to strengthen your foundations, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and excited to explore your potential as a performer.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching acting is rooted in technique, confidence-building, and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable exploring their abilities, making mistakes, and growing as performers.

I am a classically trained actor with a background in theatre and professional experience, primarily in commercials.

My training and teaching focus include:

Acting techniques: Stanislavski and Michael Chekhov

Scene study: Script analysis, context, and character motivations

Performance: Vocal techniques, physical expression, and practical exercises

I emphasize understanding not just how to perform, but why we make certain creative choices.

As a working actor still growing in the industry, I offer a patient, encouraging approach suited to beginners and aspiring actors looking to develop their technique, build confidence, and get their foot in the door.
