About Miguel A

I am passionate about movement and learning, I really enjoy doing sports, especially functional exercise, yoga and swimming. I have a private practice where I offer physiotherapeutic and sports training consultations.
I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching series and movies and above all traveling and learning about new places, cultures, ideas, and proposals that involve movement and self-knowledge.

About the lesson

I believe that the most important thing will be to identify the study method that is most effective for you and thus together to be able to generate new knowledge in the subjects that you like the most or currently cost you.
As a professional I am constantly updated, especially in physical agents, therapeutic exercise, pain clinic and gerontology.
