The sessions consists of an exercise program that is designed specifically for you, after your health conditions past and previous, has been taken into consideration. No equipment needed, because everything will be supplied. I work with people between the ages of 12 - 85 years of age. I work with people who have dementia, alzheimers, depression, anxiety, hormonal problems, etc.
