About Paul

With a history as both a sports person, and an industry assessor.

While studying for a BSc honours degree in Sport Science, Paul was a champion boxer, becoming the British University Heavyweight Champion in 1998 and retired with a perfect 100% record.

As well as boxing, Paul was a county champion swimmer, a junior international decathlete for GB and a member of various team sports. It can be said that Pauls experience and expertise of sport and fitness is second to none.

Paul has also been a head personal trainer, an industry assessor, a master trainer and developed a professional boxing trainer course for other personal trainers.
