About Gianni

Personal Coach and State-certified personall trainer, I also have international certifications of personal trainer, sports nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach as a member of the International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA) at Elite level (Elite Trainer). I have my French license card and member card from international sports sciences associatio n.
For several years I have offered my services to anyone wishing to receive private lessons in strength training and fitness.

I have been able to help dozens of people with 100% positive feedbacks and guaranteed results. I obviously offer you an ultra personalized follow-up whatever the objective pursued.

About the lesson

Practicing for over 10 years, I have developed my own personal method both for weight / fat loss as well as for the development of muscle mass and improvement of physical and mental conditions. I can also share with you my knowledge in nutrition and boost your progress and improve your health, both mental and physical.

My methods are based on the specificity of the individual but also on motivation, self-confidence , energy and emotion, taking into account many personal criteria such as morphology, anatomy, sporting past and health history ... I use the best methods refering to evidence based training to be able to offer personalized sessions and programs complete and scalable according to your level, needs and goals.
