About Mandy
My name is Mandy and I have been working in the leadership and capability space for over 20+ years. I use self-leadership coaching techniques, combined with gentle wellness (hypnotherapy, meditation, breathing) to help you make lasting changes in your life. As a leadership coach who knows what it's like to overcome challenges and transform your life, I have a rich background in corporate leadership and organizational culture. After a personal trauma in 2016 - I have shifted my focus to helping individuals find joy, recovery and transformation in their professional and personal lives. I am so passionate about sharing my skills and insights with others who want to create positive change in their lives.

Passionate about learning, I easily build rapport with a no-nonsense approach to coaching. I am empathetic and caring, but hold my clients accountable to the goals they set.
I help people to build their emotional intelligence toolkit, to learn how to communicate in a constructive and efficient manner, and put simple strategies into place to manage everyday anxiety and stress.
Coaching sessions are online and for 1 hour, and are designed for professionals aged 25 - 55.
I have been working and coaching across multiple industries for 20+ years - all levels of government, banking and finance, legal, insurance, retail, and hospitality.
Qualifications include Masters in NeuroLinguistic Programming, Human Synergistics, Business Excellence Framework, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
