About Inge
I am an actor, director and theatre-maker with ten+ years of experience. I hold an MA in Theatre Lab from RADA, and a BFA in theatre from NYU. I spent a year as a teaching fellow and assisted in training undergraduate acting students. I have coached many young people in preparation for practical drama exams. I am passionate about the work of story-telling through pretend and I simply love teaching.

I meet each student where they are at, whether you are preparing for an audition, exam, need help with a part or are simply looking to learn and have fun. We find material that interests you and figure out how YOU might play it. No two actors will play a speech the same way. In fact, one actor can play the same speech differently every time.
We will work on individual challenges so you can gain confidence. Lessons might include: how to better understand text, finding physicality, vocal variety, pacing, clarity, and connecting with the audience and your fellow actors with generosity.
You will learn how acting demands the use of your whole body, mind and emotional capacity. You elect how you act on your impulses, knowing you have a world of choices available to you. Then your characters will come alive with detail, history, intelligence and heart.
