About Laura
I am passionate about teaching and believe in making the subject accessible to everybody. I don’t only teach the facts but believe in making the subject come to life through developing an in-depth knowledge of the narrative. My experience of working as an examiner also allows me to help my students refine and perfect their exam technique.

I have experience of teaching GCSE History from all major exam boards as well as IGCSE English Language (Edexcel A). I have previously worked as Head of Department at a school in the North of England and am now also an examiner for two exam boards. I provide online personalised tuition that helps my students make rapid progress and achieve their personal best.
