About Nilima
I came to Taoist practices searching for healing from my own illness to total recovery and well being; meeting various Taoist masters along the way, living a temple life and studying various disciplines with them. On the way I became a Taoist meditator, Qi-Gong practitioner and Taoist scholar of texts and a teacher. I have long-term students who have stayed 20 years + studying with me. We continue to explore the Taoist disciplines and their transformational impact on our lives.

I have 30 years' experience healing and teaching all levels & ages. From ill to fragile to well, I adapt to your needs and aims, introducing you to feeling Qi energy in Qi-Gong (Chi Kung) to teaching the health benefits of Taoist meditation and Shen Qi (life counselling and problem solving). My approach is to find simple ways of transmitting and communicating ancient arts. Lessons can be one-to-one or in groups from 30 mins to 1.5 hrs onwards. You can combine / try out a mixture of the courses offered that best suits you or pick a discipline to focus on.

Perfect! Nilima is very knowledgeable about QiGong practices and a charismatic, engaging teacher. She took care to incorporate the specific elements of instruction, guidance, and practice that were best fit for my needs and remained intuitive about this balance throughout. I would recommend her instruction for anyone interested in learning QiGong!

My life has changed for the better since I've been working with Nilima. I had different sessions: from Qi Gong, chi ne tsang massage to Shen Qi (Taoist counselling) and they are all good. My favourite is the Shen Qi, during our sessions we go through what has happened in my life (work, relationships, well anything really) and she guides me with my next steps and practice.
