About Cydney

Growing up as a dancer of ballet, tap, jazz and modern, as well as competitive sports such as swimming and tennis, I have always been connected to my body. But I didn't learn what yoga could do for you as a whole until I started practicing daily. Since then I have learned so much about my body and how it responds to the daily stresses of life, along with how to cope with it in a healthy manner.

About the lesson

Through my voice I will help guide you through various yoga poses, meditations and breathing exercises. Some I will do side by side with you while others I will allow you to figure it out on your own. The goal is for you to shift your focus to your inner body so that you can feel and understand what's good for you.

If you need assistance because of a past injury or accident, I will also gladly do assisted yoga. This is where I physically touch you and guide your body through stretches and poses.

Details

Travel fee may increase if it takes me longer than 30 minutes by TTC public transportation to reach you. If you are located outside of the GTA - TTC transportation system, travel fee will increase depending on location and mode of transportation needed.

If you need to cancel a session please do so 3+ hours beforehand. Any cancellations made under 3 hours will be at risk to losing the session all together with no rescheduling or refund.
