About Psycholoy

I’m Hajar, a psychologist with more than 10 years of experience supporting parents, adults, and children. My approach combines psychological knowledge with real-life strategies to make learning and personal growth easier. I’m passionate about helping people feel calmer, more confident, and connected — both in their families and in their daily lives.

About the lesson

My sessions are designed to help parents and individuals improve daily emotional balance, focus, and communication.
Classes are practical and interactive — we discuss real-life examples and exercises for emotional regulation, parenting strategies, and stress management.
I also offer short cognitive training sessions for children and adults to enhance memory, attention, and learning skills in a simple, engaging way.
