About Gabriel
I am a personal trainer, actor and lawyer. I have a passion for fitness and strength training. As someone who used to be heavily overweight and who did not have much confidence in my body, I learnt the science behind losing and keeping off unhealthy weight, how to eat for your body goals without sacrificing taste, and how to use your training to both reach your body goals and, more importantly, to feel happy in yourself. I am passionate about teaching others these invaluable lessons so they can look and feel the best they have in years.
