I am an experienced creative movement teacher with a qualification specializing in children and exercise. I have a passion for working with children, helping them to be the best they can be and to learn about movement in a safe environment.

We start the lessons with a warm up to get our bodies ready for movement. We then do 2 or 3 activities, depending on the day's theme and end of the session with a calm down, to re-centre and find focus for the day. I also take the lead from the child(ren).
