About Heather
Since college, I have proudly served in the nonprofit sector. I enjoy working with people like myself, people with struggles with body image and anxiety. Fitness is the way I saved my own mind and body and I am very fortunate to be able to share my experience to create the best experience for everyone I work with. I focus on teaching attainable lifestyle changes to physical fitness and nutrition to help people fall in love with themselves and wellness again. Individualized plans set all of us up for the best possible outcome. I feel fortunate to get to help people realize and remember their full wellness potential.
