Through Mobility and specific exercises you can train and forget about physical discomfort. I will teach you with me that you will master the secrets of a "Cirque du Soleil" artist.
It consists of a 45 minute or one hour training session. It can be individual or in a group. We will work on flexibility, strength, coordination and balance.
The lessons are Online, so you will do it in the comfort of your home or outdoors.
The classes are aimed at people of all ages who wish to improve their quality of life in terms of health, prevention and well-being.
