About Isabelle
I’m a 24 year old female from South Australia. I’m a middle to long distance amateur runner who loves strength training and being around other people. I love my fitness coaching jobs and would love to help others find their passion and better themselves in the industry to find what kind of coach or worker they want to be. I’ve been a PT since 2017 and graduated Exercise Sport Science in 2020. I’m a sport specific personal trainer and currently a group fitness trainer. I have been tutoring high school nutrition and physical education since 2018. Lessons will be one on one via zoom or face to face (Adelaide based) with various types of activities and I’ll be open to answering questions on my emails too. Lesson length will be at least 45min, dependent on what’s best for the individual
