About Alice

Hello! I am currently taking a gap year and am seeking to assist students with their studies (whether that be GCSES or A-levels). Having just completed my A-levels this year, I feel I am completely up to date with the current specification/curriculum, and am fully aware of the demands and expectations students face. As a previous history mentor and humanities prefect, I feel I am fully equipped to both support and inspire students to further their academic achievement, whilst simultaneously enriching their enjoyment of the subject.

About the lesson

My lessons are both engaging and informative, with a primary focus of inspiring students as to create an exciting learning environment. Yet, practicality remains important, and with a robust collection of resources and revision, I am confident I can deliver worthwhile and structured lessons to further academic success. I am willing to adapt to each lesson to students needs, and am able to deliver lessons both virtually and in person.

Nancy

Alice is the perfect person to tutor anyone due to her undeniable passion for the subject. She has such clarity in her explanations and understands how to communicate specific topics to people in a way which is useful and beneficial. She can provide a unique perspective through the time spent researching sociological work both inside and outside of the specification. I would really recommend Alice to anyone looking for extra help with their work!!
