About Lauren
Hi! I'm a registered dental hygienist with four years of clinical experience working in both general dentistry and periodontics. In addition to practicing clinically, I've had the opportunity to teach as a clinical instructor at a community college, where I enjoyed mentoring dental hygiene students and help them build skills and confidence they need to succeed. I am passionate about education and love breaking down difficult concepts into easy-to-understand lessons that help students feel prepared for exams, clinicals, and their future careers. Outside of dentistry, you'll usually find me at the gym, relaxing at the beach with a good book during the summer, or spending time with my two playful kittens. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals in passing your national board exam and get your license!

Hello my name is Lauren! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, I understand how challenging dental hygiene school and NBDHE can be. My lessons are tailored to each student's individual learning style, whether you need help mastering difficult concepts, reviewing board style questions, or building confidence before an exam. I break down complex topics into simple easy to understand explanations and use real clinical experience to help connect textbook knowledge to patient care. I specialize in subjects such as periodontology, radiology, pharmacology, oral pathology, dental anatomy, local anesthesia, and preventive dentistry. My goal is to create a supportive judgment-free learning environment where you can ask questions, strengthen your knowledge, and feel fully prepared to succeed in your board exam!
