I'm basically a medical graduate who got inspired by fitness and bodybuilding since my childhood!
Though I started my fitness journey during my college days , I really started to see the differences physically and mentally too!!
I personally believe fitness is the key for one's success and survival!!

About the lesson

Firstly, i beleive process of one thing dictates the result of it!
So, I mainly focus on how to start and what's whole process to achieve ur desired goal!!
Secondly, Knowledge about muscle training is very important since that's when we understand how the musle works and grows!!
