I really love working out with Nadine. She brings so much positive energy to every session, it’s honestly contagious. She listens very closely to your goals and pays real attention to what your body needs, which makes a huge difference.

At the same time, she knows exactly how to push you to your max without ever pushing you too far or risking injury (which I really appreciate, haha). Her sessions feel motivating, supportive, and effective.

I would highly recommend Nadine to anyone and everyone who wants to start working out or get back into it with confidence and good vibes.

Whatever theme or method I am inspired by Nadine caters to all forms of movement. One day dance, the next barre. Her energy throughout sessions are always consistent with well thought out lesson plans, maximising the time we have together to learn as much as possible within my pace of learning. I am yet to try one of her cycling/spinning classes - I am sure that will just be as solid as all the other sessions I have had with her.

I have taken a few of Nadine's classes in both acting and barre during my time as a student and I can attest to her attention to detail and focus as an instructor.
As a drama teacher, she was kind and delivered direction in a way that was easy to understand and helpful.
As a personal trainer/barre instructor she ensured that I felt supported and safe throughout the movement. She was able to spot when I was doing a movement incorrectly and helped protect my body from any injury. I would 10/10 recommend her services, her energy is infectious and you will leave the class feeling strong and confident!

Nadine is a passionate and infectious drama teacher. She is empathetic and knowledgeable and helped me get the most out of my performance and drama training. She taught me skills I will use for life.
