About Johanien
I am a qualified educator and have completed my honours degree in education management last year. I am currently busy with my MASTERS in curriculum development. I have experience in the intermediate phase as a Social Sciences (subject head); Economic Management and Life Skills educator. I am also the international Grade 4 Social Sciences subject specialist for a company. I am an extrovert who is hard working, loyal, dedicated and ambitious. I can work under pressure, in a team and have the ability take the initiative to complete tasks on my own.
I believe that you are the master of your own class. One who sets an example, believe in those in front of me, one who is humble, on time, prepared, who thinks out of the box and fair.

I base my classes on 21st century. I do a lot of revision and repetition with the learners. I also give them PBL's (difficult task which allow them to think out of the box and to solve a problem on their own.)
