About Rachel
Fitness coach since 2015 in group lessons and on a bodybuilding platform, I have acquired good knowledge and good practices in sports coaching. I have a good relationship with my members. In addition, I coached youth football teams during my studies and I acquired the diploma of physical trainer option physical training with the football specialty.
