About Igor
I study at the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Physical Education. In the past I conducted Street Workout group classes. I also have the qualifications of a personal trainer. I will gladly guide beginners as well as intermediate people. Anyone can train, it is a matter of adjusting the training to a given person. Regardless of whether you want to train to feel good on a daily basis or have a goal to learn to stand on your hands or do strength exercises on the bar. I invite you to cooperation.

I start by determining the current physical condition (e.g. ranges of movement in joints, past / current injuries) of a person willing to train and adapt the training to the needs / goals of the exercising person. I have a holistic approach, so we train the whole body unless the client wishes otherwise. I base the methodology on theoretical and practical knowledge.
