I believe the best learning happens when lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student's individual needs. My teaching approach focuses on breaking down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand concepts while encouraging students to ask questions and build confidence in their abilities. Rather than relying on memorisation, I help students understand the reasoning behind concepts so they can apply their knowledge independently.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although I can offer shorter or longer sessions depending on the student's goals and preferences. Each lesson is structured around clear objectives, with time for explanations, guided practice, and reviewing any areas that need extra attention.
I am currently studying International Relations at the University of Leeds, where I have developed strong research, analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills. Through my degree, I have gained extensive experience in essay writing, exam preparation, and explaining complex political, social, and economic concepts in a clear and accessible way.
My lessons are suitable for GCSE level students aiming for high grades, International Relations, Sociology, History, and essay-based subjects. I also provide support with essay writing, coursework, revision strategies, and academic skills such as referencing, critical analysis, and structuring high-quality assignments.
