About Wesley
Hi everyone! My name is wesley, and I'm excited to be your new fitness instructor. I became interested in health and wellness after my own journey to get fit. I know first-hand how hard it can be to make lifestyle changes, and I'm passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. I'm certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with you.
