About Divya
Namaste! I am Divya, a 500-Hour RYT Certified Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of personal practice and 8 years of teaching experience. My yoga journey began as a way to improve my own health and well-being and over time it grew into a passion for helping others experience the benefits of yoga.
Over the years I have taught at renowned yoga centers, conducted corporate wellness sessions, and worked with students of different ages and fitness levels. I believe yoga is much more than physical exercise. It is a powerful tool to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and create balance in everyday life. My classes combine asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and sound healing to help students feel healthier, stronger, and more connected to themselves. My aim is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone

My classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and overall well-being through a balanced yoga practice. Each session includes asanas, breathwork, relaxation and meditation, tailored to individual needs and fitness levels. I also incorporate therapeutic yoga practices to support conditions such as back pain, PCOS, diabetes, weight management, stress and lifestyle-related concerns. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I guide you with a systematic and personalized approach to help you achieve your health goals.
