I am a committed Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and teacher with years of dedicated practice and training. My teaching style combines discipline with compassion, offering clear guidance that helps students progress safely and confidently. I hold professional training in yoga and continue to deepen my knowledge through daily practice and study. My goal is to inspire trust and create a supportive environment where every student feels encouraged, regardless of their level. With professionalism, patience, and authenticity, I help students cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner balance while discovering the transformative power of yoga.

About the lesson

My Ashtanga Yoga classes follow the traditional sequence with emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful awareness. I guide students step by step, ensuring clarity and safety in every posture. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, beginning with breathwork and warm-up, followed by dynamic flow, and ending with relaxation. With years of dedicated practice and teaching, I create a balanced approach that is both structured and compassionate. My lessons are suitable for all levels — from beginners exploring yoga for the first time to experienced practitioners deepening their journey — and open to all age groups.
