Hi, I’m Dhruv Sharma, a certified yoga trainer with 400 hours of training from Pyramid Yogshala. My approach to yoga goes beyond just physical movement — I focus on helping you realign your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Each session follows a calming and structured flow to restore your mind and body. We begin with Step 1: Guided breathwork to center your focus and calm your nervous system. Then, in Step 2: Gentle warm-up movements, we prepare your body. Step 3: Therapeutic yoga flow follows—tailored stretches and poses to release tension and improve flexibility. Step 4: Restorative postures allow your body to deeply relax. Finally, Step 5: Guided meditation or mindfulness practice resets your energy. Whether you’re starting or ending your day, this class leaves you peaceful, realigned, and emotionally lighter.
