About Shivani
I’m Shivani Kakkar, a yoga instructor with 2 years of experience in teaching Hatha, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, pranayama, and meditation. I conduct both online and offline sessions, helped 50+ people improve their physical and mental well-being through consistent, mindful practice. I enjoy connecting with people and guiding them through their problems using yoga. I’m also currently pursuing B.Sc. in Yogic Science and Naturopathy from SGRR University.

Perfect! Shivani is an excellent yoga teacher. Her instructions are very clear and I found them beginner friendly as well. I would highly recommend to anyone starting out or looking for someone to guide them in their yoga practice.
Perfect! I have been doing Yoga with Shivani from almost a month now. I enjoy the classes and in every class there is something new to try and learn. I have become much more flexible, reduced weight quite a bit and am full of energy throughout the day. I am really thankful to Shivani introducing me to the benefits of Yoga. I strongly recommend them to everyone who is looking to change to a better, healthier lifestyle.
