About Mark
With regards to Politics, I specialise in US Politics, UK Politics and have experience with each ideology. I have examined for Edexcel for a number of years. I have taught for 12 years and in every single one of those years my classes have had a positive outcome in terms of grades achieved vs their predicted ones. My cohorts routinely achieve ALPS 2/3 which puts them in the top 25% nationwide for progress made. I excel at helping students who have particular grades they are aiming for and helping them to achieve it, no matter the grade.

My teaching style is very flexible and I like to tailor it to the student/class I am working with. I enjoy knowing my students as people and work with them to ensure that we are progressing in areas they need reinforcement. I view teaching as a two-way street, and the relationship between teacher/student is vital to ensure that we can have honest conversations about areas for growth, which are then used to plan future lessons.
