About Carly
I was given the gift of Yoga by my childhood best friends mother when I was eleven years old and I have been practicing ever since. The calling to become a teacher became strong once I moved to Nashville and met my partner. The month after I received my RYT 200 I began teaching. Before becoming a full time Yoga teacher I was a performer so moving my body has always been number one on the list. Being a Yoga teacher allows me to share the gift of truly inhabiting ones own body every day with all my students.
