About Başak
Actually, I am a biomedical engineer, but due to my interest in sports, I completed the 200-hours yoga instructor course in India. During this course, I was trained by Ayurveda (Indian traditional medicine method) doctors about which yoga positions are good for the diseases. I am also knowledgeable about meditation and breathing exercises.

In my lessons, I begin by explaining the philosophy of yoga and that yoga does not only consist of movements, but has much deeper meanings.
Then, after the warm-up exercises, Surya Namaskar, namely sun salute positions, yoga positions performed by standing, sitting and lying down.
At the end of my lessons we do breathing exercises and meditation.
