In my classes, you’ll find a supportive space to explore your mind and body, deepen your practice, and have fun. :) I love to spread joy and positivity through my classes. I’m a yogi who believes that your body is capable of what you believe it can! Let’s flow, y’all!

About the lesson

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. My class will give you total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.

I teach Hatha & flow classes. It is beginner and intermediate friendly.
