I m a PCMB student in my 12th.I did many research to study alternative medicine forms.So i just took Naturopathy after my 12th where yoga is the main subject.I have 2 years experience of teaching yoga.I have attended some programs also oninternational yoga day with modi.

Step by step i will let you learn the basics of all forms of yoga which helps you to lead a healthy life.I will also teach fitness based yoga classes.Anyone can join the class from children to adults.
